Our journey began from a simple love for baking, a hobby that has been nurtured since childhood.


Our founder, Rachael, fondly known as Rachie Roo, has always had a deep-seated love for baking. It all started with helping her grandmother in the kitchen, a memory that has since blossomed into a lifelong passion. As a young girl, she would stay up all night baking with friends, creating delicious treats while everyone else was asleep. As she grew older, any occasion became an excuse to bake a dessert for a friend or family member, just for the sheer joy of it.

Rachael’s journey took a turn towards science and healthcare, but her love for baking never waned. In fact, it only grew stronger. She began to incorporate her scientific knowledge into her baking, transforming the kitchen into her personal science lab. This unique blend of science and baking has allowed her to create unique, delicious, and high-quality baked goods that are a testament to her passion and expertise.

After years of encouragement from family and friends, and armed with a degree and a wealth of experience, Rachael decided to turn her beloved hobby into a career. Thus, Rachie Roo’s Bake Shop LLC was born.
