American food has a problem, and most of us feel it. Overly processed, artificially flavored, and loaded with ingredients we can’t pronounce. I got tired of it, and I decided to do something about it.

I’ve had a lifelong love for baking, healthy eating, and research. With a science background and a serious sweet tooth, I began to create cakes with real, quality ingredients that taste better and fresher than the cakes typically sold today.
